Moreover, the customer understands that Guaranteed Portraits does not know the people in the photos, so all its knowledge about the person will come directly from the material and instructions supplied by the customer. The customer understands that Guaranteed Portraits can only work from the material and instructions received. After receiving and reviewing the preview, the customer has the right to request improvements, modifications or revisions. These requests must be related to the customer's original instructions.

If after seeing the photo or after receiving the painting you are not fully satisfied with the outcome, you can return it to us for a full refund. In order for the guarantee to be valid, we must receive the artwork within 30 days from the date you first previewed the artwork online or within 15 days of receiving the actual piece, whichever comes later. If you choose to return a portrait after receiving it, please note that all the expenses related to shipping are non-refundable.

If you need to return artwork for a refund, please contact us prior to sending it so we can give you the proper shipping instructions. If we are not contacted before you return your portrait, we reserve the right to refuse your refund request.
