The Oil Portrait Ordering Process

• Select your favorite photo. If you can’t decide which one to send, we can help you determine the appropriate picture to convert into a custom portrait.
• Select the desired dimensions for your professional portrait. Please visit our Frequently Asked Questions section to view all the available sizes.
• When you are ready to place an order, click "Order your Portrait" from the upper menus. Then follow the simple steps that will be clearly explained. If you have any questions, you should contact us before placing an order. To confirm your order, we require 20% of the final portrait price in advance.
• If you have a digital photo, you can send it via email. If you have a traditional paper photo , you must send it to the address that we provide when you place your order. Make sure to include,the reference number we will provide with your photo.
• Once we receive your photo(s) and instructions, we will begin to paint your custom portrait. You will receive an email confirmation containing all the information you provided. We will notify you if we require clarification or additional information.
• Once the portrait is finished, we will email a photo of the finished painting for your approval. You will also be able to view the photo on our website.
• If you would like to request a change to the photo, please notify us with your specific requirements. After we have completed the changes, we will email you the revised photo for your final approval. This process will continue until you are completely satisfied with the final painting. More than 90% of the portraits we receive are approved after the first revision.
• When you are fully satisfied with the finished portrait, we will ask you to pay the remaining 80% of the purchase price at which point we will send it to your mailing address.
• Throughout the process, you will be able to check the current progress of your order by entering your order number on our website. You can also email us at any time.
